MISSION

Our mission at Hopeline Unfiltered is to destigmatize mental health by creating a safe and inclusive space for conversation, connection, and healing. We aim to empower our listeners with knowledge, resources, and relatable stories to help them navigate their mental health journey.  We hope to inspire a world where mental health is treated with the same importance as physical health. We believe that by breaking down barriers and promoting understanding, we can help guide individuals to heal and live their best authentic lives.

VISION

Our vision is to become a leading voice in the mental health community, recognized for our dedication to creating a safe and inclusive space for individuals to share their stories and learn from one another. We aim to inspire a call to action movement that prioritizes mental wellness, advocates for equitable access to mental health resources, and ultimately reduces the incidence of suicide and mental health crises. Through our podcast and related initiatives, we seek to empower individuals to advocate for their mental health, find strength in vulnerability, and build supportive communities that foster healing and growth.

Authenticity: We value honesty and vulnerability in our conversations and strive to create a safe and affirming space where individuals can share their stories without fear of judgment or shame.


Empowerment: We believe that individuals have the power to take charge of their mental health and well-being, and we strive to provide resources and support that enable them to do so.


Courage: We acknowledge the bravery it takes to prioritize one’s mental health and seek help, and aim to inspire and support individuals in their journey towards wellness.

Forgiveness:  We recognize that forgiveness is the ability to deliberately offer goodness to those who may have treated us unfair and that first starts with oneself.
